Vespa cosa 150 non sale di giri

Salve, ho montato cilindro e pistone 150, sistemato il rubinetto elettrico (fili spellati). Parte bene ma si ferma a 3000 giri. Nn capisco se è un problema elettrico o aria. Potrebbe essere l'anticipo, perche sputa olio e puzza di benzina dalla marmitta.

    Dovresti poi dirci cos'altro hai fatto a questa vespa oltre a cambiare il gruppo termico: era una 125? hai toccato l'accensione? Hai adeguato la carburazione? Altro?
