Problemi messaggi privati

Ciao ragazzi, volevo segnalare che ho un problemino con i messaggi privati... ogni volta che provo a scriverne uno mi da questo errore " La tua casella di posta è piena. È necessario eliminare alcuni messaggi prima di poterne inviare uno. ", ma ho solo 1 discussione con 3 messaggi... qualche idea di cosa possa essere successo?
