passaggio di proprietà

della vespa ho la targa e il libretto originale manca il cdp inoltre l'intestatario risulta irreperibile come devo comportarmi per il passaggio di proprietà?

    Hai fatto la visura? Se la vespa risulta regolarmente iscritta al PRA, senza il CdP o il foglio complementare non puoi fare nessun passaggio di proprietà, a meno che non rintracci il proprietario (o un erede diretto), l'unico che può fare la denuncia di smarrimento e quindi la richiesta di passaggio di proprietà.

     

    Se invece risultasse radiata o demolita, ne riparliamo.

    se invece riesco a recuperare il cdp ma il proprietario è sempre irreperibile?
