problema elettrico ts

Ciao ragazzi ho un problema con il mio ts del 76....appena finita di restaurare ha funzionato benissimo per 4 o 5 giorni dopodichè ieri, all improvviso, lo stop si è messo a funzionare al contrario. cioè rimane sempre acceso e quando freno si spegne..ho notato che quando spengo la vespa dall inerruttore della massa esce una scintilla che scarica sul telaio...che puo essere ???
