Il Cdp firmato dal venditore può essere portato presso uno sportello STA dall'acquirente per l'autentica? Il venditore non ha voglia di portarlo....:testate:

    La firma dev'essere apposta davanti al funzionario preposto, altrimenti non vale! :azz:

    Chi vende, l'autentica di firma sul CDP la può far fare anche in Comune: si spendono 0,50 € per i diritti di segreteria e bisogna portarsi una marca da bollo da 14,62 €.

     

    Dopo che il venditore ha firmato (davanti all'impiegato!), l'acquirente può fare tutto il resto della trafila.

    Ma in quelle agenzie che si occupano di disbrigo pratiche possono anche essere autenticate le firme?

    Si ma costa di più e comunque il venditore deve recarsi a firmare in agenzia, ovviamente.

     

    Che assurdità, uno vuole vendere un mezzo ma non ha tempo per sbrigare i suoi DOVERI. Digli che se vuole può chiedere ad un notaio di andare da lui a casa, a sue spese però.
