revisione...vespa PK 50 S

Salve, ho una vespa PK 50 S del 1984, ieri lo portata alla revisione, mi hanno detto che non poteva essere revisionata perchè ha la targa vecchia...da quest'anno revisionano i 50 solo con targhe nuove...a voi risulta???
