    comunque te falla come deve essere fatta, cioè 2% e vedi che non avrai problemi. 1% mi sembra troppo magro ma con un buon olio dovrebbe andare bene lo stesso, ma per non aver problemi fai 2% ;-) meglio grassi che magri, meglio una candela bruciata che un cilindro da buttare:mrgreen:
